Position: SALES ASSISTANT (JAPAN MARKET)
Location: Hai Phong (Head Office) and DLG Business Locations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis of Japan, identify and build a list of potential customers.
- Handle business transactions, negotiations, and contract signing.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients and develop new ones.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement effective business plans.
- Monitor and report business performance regularly to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations in all business activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Japanese, with N2 certification preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of Japanese culture and market is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
